HOW TO BOOK
1) Decide on your 1st & 2nd choice of preferred accommodation provider using the information provided; please note The Bay House is unable to recommend one accommodation provider over the other. Please visit the websites provided or phone your preferred accommodation provider directly for more information.
2) Once you have decided where and when you’d like to stay either phone or email The Bay House to make your Cape Escape reservation.
3) You will be asked to provide your credit card and contact details, this is to confirm your reservation (as we do not currently operate a secure site we recommend this is done via phone or fax) Please read the terms and conditions below.

Escape to OMAU SETTLERS LODGE
We are a Boutique Lodge Motel situated on the cliffs of Cape Foulwind,only 3 mins drive to The Bay House,surrounded by scenic views of the Tasman sea and mountains. The Lodge has 8 character designed studio units all with private verandahs, tastefully appointed rimu furniture,king bed or twin singles and modern ensuite. Enjoy a predinner drink in the guest lounge by the wood fire or indulge yourself in our private outdoor cedar hot tub spa. Our delicious breakfast with homemade breads is served in the dining room or out on the deck. Escape to THE STEEPLES COTTAGE
Enjoy a romantic weekend away in our private self contained cottage on the cliffs at Cape Foulwind overlooking the steeples rocks and Tasman Sea, beautiful on both sunny and stormy days. Enjoy walking the cliffs over to the seal colony and Tauranga Bay, or walk our rugged beaches, also great for swimming, surfing and fishing. Sit under the macracarpas in our extensive gardens with a glass of wine and watch the sun set out at sea. Breakfast includes homemade bread and muesli,with our own free range eggs.We are within 5 mins from the Bay House restaurant. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) The Cape Escape offer is valid from May 1st through to September 30th
2) The offer is subject to availability & is based on twin share accommodation. Promotional tariff for single rooms/persons is $150.00 per person/per room (This price includes the three course dinner at The Bay House)
3) Cape Escape reservations must be made & confirmed a minimum of three days in advance of the intended night of stay. Any reservations made outside of the minimum three day window are at the discretion of the accommodation provider & are subject to availability.
4) Credit Card details must be supplied to confirm all reservations. No charge will be made to your card prior to your departure.
5) A 50% cancellation fee applies to all reservations cancelled within less then 48 hours notice.
6) All reservations must be made through The Bay House via phone 03 789 7133 or email dine@thebayhouse.co.nz
7) The Cape Escape offer is only available to pre-booked & confirmed reservations.
8) All payments for Cape Escapes are to be made directly to The Bay House on the night of your reservation. We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards.
9) The Cape Escape menu at The Bay House offers a choice of an entrée, main & dessert from the current Bay House a la carte dinner menu. All extras including beverages will be charged accordingly. Please note that breakfast is provided by your accommodation provider, not The Bay House.
